In January 2026, Glenn Hoek joined the law firm 4DArbitration as a shareholder.
4DArbitration is a boutique law firm specialising in international arbitration and related litigation. The attorneys represent multinationals, investors and states in complex commercial and investment arbitrations and various litigation matters.
Glenn founded the law firm Hoek.legal at the end of 2022. In recent years, he has served many clients in the superyacht industry and in connection with arbitrations and other international disputes. With this move, Glenn joins forces with other experienced specialists in the field of international commercial contracts and dispute resolution, enabling him to serve clients even better in their most complex cases. Glenn will continue his practice and ongoing cases at 4DArbitration.
