These user terms apply to all visits to and use of any website of Hoek Legal B.V. (“Hoek.legal”) including www.hoek.legal and all subfolders and sections thereof (together, the “Website”), and to all information, recommendations, and services that Hoek.legal provides to you on the Website (together, the “Information”).
The Information is for general purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No rights whatsoever can be derived from the Information. Always seek legal advice before acting or deciding.
Hoek.legal and all persons affiliated with Hoek.legal are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of Information. This includes damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or incompleteness of the Information, unless the damage is caused by deliberate recklessness or intentional misconduct on the part of Hoek.legal.

These user terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these user terms, including disputes concerning their existence or validity, will be exclusively resolved by the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
These user terms are available in Dutch and English. In the event of a dispute on its contents or intention, only the Dutch version is binding.
